If it's made from bitter oranges then it's marmalade.

Hmmm. Recently I've been putting homemade blueberry jelly and bacon on toast, then placing an fried or sunny-side egg on top of that topped with El Yucateco hot sauce. It's delicious and pretty easy to make high.
