oh shit, for some reason I thought it said "where do you eat when you're depressed?"

I guess I eat more or less the same stuff as usual, but I tend not to include vegetables or take the effort to balance meals as much.

or I'll have days where I'm physically really hungry but don't want to eat, and the hungrier I get the less I want to eat. at times like that I'll eat bread and tea, or just nothing.

>> No.8427202

easy things full of cheese like grilled cheese, quesadillas
maybe just some toast if i'm really depressed and just need a few calories

i'll eat nothing at all if i'm upset enough, and if i'm having a depressed few months i'll try to have smoothies to at least get some energy quickly/easily as well

>> No.8427207

this, plus the ones that do pig out or eat comfort food when they're depressed probably aren't gonna admit it. I will admit it though. I try to be cognizant of what I'm eating and eat crap even when I'm miserable, but some days I can't scrape together enough fucks to cook something decent.

like the cheap shitty fountain/coles/masterfoods tomato sauce is fine for a sausage sizzle, infact its required.
