I dont think I'll be able to eat heavily knowing I'll either get the needle or the chair just a few minutes later. Eat too much, you become so full that when they take you to the room, part of your head is going "this is it", and part of it is thinking about how unpleasant you feel right now especially if you stuffed yourself too much.
