What is your guys' favorite hot sauces? Yucateco XXXtra hot is my go-to right now.

Side note, I went to a mexican restaurant the other night that had the typical sauces on the table, I asked if they had anything hotter and the waiter brought me a cup of sauce from the back that all the mexican cooks make for themselves, it was amazing. Tasted like habeneros, cilantro, and lime juice in an amazing combo

I have been selling hot sauce for the last 4 years. El Yucateco is a great brand...all six varieties. Marie Sharpe and Melindas are also amazing...and not necessarily super spicy. Another lesser known but delicious brand is Trinidad. My experience...both as a dealer and consumer...avoid any sauce with a funny name or novel packaging. In almost every case...the product is eithet terrible or identical to a less expensive alternative. You pay for the bottle not the content.

Melinda's is a great product line. I am very familiar with most of "her" sauces.
I hate the backstory...what the distributor did to their manufacturer is shady...but legal. I dont care...I stock both Melinda's and Marie Sharp's. Not my fight... both amazing sauces.

Melinda's and El Yucateco are now carried by Wal-Mart so in time we will see how that affects product quality.

Just man up. Cholula is lolnoheat just flavored vinegar, and not even particularly potent vinegar at that.

Anyway try the red el yucateco maybe, it's very tomatoey and not hot at all, so a step up from cholula.

Pretty much everything is hotter than cholula, except like crystal. You increase your heat tolerance by eating hotter shit, aka man up and do it faggot. It only burns out your tongue cause you've apparently got a gaping hole between your legs.

My baby. I use this stuff in soups, stews, anything in a crock pot. Also pasta sauces. Heat is super intense, flavor is pretty nice too, and sticks around. I try to add just enough to leave a little singe on the tongue. You ideally don't really notice the heat until after you've swallowed and you find a little sizzle in your mouth. This one bottle I got like, two summers ago and it's only half empty.

Try eating foods designed to be very spicy on their own. Maybe like hot wings or spicy chips.

Eat some hot wings, start to cry, drink some alcohol to kill the heat and repeat.

Adding drops of hotsauce on regular food wont really build your tolerance very much because the heat will just ruin the food.

Well alcohol and fats are the best way to actually stop it from burning.

That's one of the reasons people drink beer with spicy food.

Just got this one delivered today.
Put 6 drops in my spaghetti bolognese for dinner and my face was melting off my skull something hardcore... the burn lasted for a good 30 minutes too!
It's one of those that gets hotter and hotter over a period of 20 minutes.
Tastes pretty fucking nice considering it's over 800,000 scovilles... like a woody smokey flavour.
Definitely the hottest sauce I've tried so far... almost finished a bottle of Satan's Sweat which is about 400,000 scovilles and that is nowhere near as hot or nice tasting as Blair's Ultra Death Sauce.
