Share this with everyone you know, I'm going to save a lot of lives:

Diabetes is not caused by sugar, it is caused by junk food (sausage, bacon, McDonalds and whatever goes into THAT kind of food).

Sugar alone has no nutrition but it is NOT bad. White / cane sugar (sucrose), fructose are harmless. Lactose (milk) is harmless too, people aren't intolerant you just can't drink it cold (heat it up and you can drink a lot). Starch is the most harmful 'okay' sugar but not bad.

Brown sugar, wheat and all the 'hard to digest' sugars/carbs are bad. They sit in your stomach and bacteria feeds off of it.

The priority with food is this:
#1) It must not be bad for me (poisonoius)
#2) It must be nutritional

That's it. 'Junk food' is food that doesn't fulfill #1. PURE WHITE SUGAR is not bad, but it has no nutrition. PURE BROWN SUGAR is bad, it comes from wheat and it has no nutrition, it also slows the metabolism. White rice > brown rice. You don't want food that slows metabolism or worsens stomach bacteria, that is the easiest way to get disease.

Milk is good because it fulfills #1 and it has almost all nutrients, but it is bad to drink full fat milk since fat is unecessary.

Fat is bad in large quantities. Polyunsaturated fat should be avoided (nuts, seeds, most oils except coconut oil which also speed metabolism)

Protein is essential but beef is better than chicken/turkey because cows are ruminant animals. This means any bad food that cows are fed will not effect you, but if you eat a chicken fed a poor diet you will basically eat its diet yourself.

If you eat meat and it has iron, iron is bad for you so eat it with caffeine so it is inhibited.

Too many vegetables and grains are bad for you because they inhibit calcium absorption.

Cigarettes (nicotine) are okay once in a while. Good for you for similar reason to caffeine.

He is a guy who studied nutrition who's legit. Everyone who disagrees with him is wrong. There is a forum dedicated to him.

Nutrition is not even an opinion, he is the only one who says what food is healthy and unhealthy for people and he is old, doesn't market anything and his website is very difficult to read because it's v scientific.

Basically, good food:
fruits (only with seeds, e.g. orange juice or watermelon)
milk (1% fat)
meat (oyster, liver... no chicken unless its diet was free of grains/polyunsaturated fats)
etc...

bad food to never eat:
nuts
seeds
vegetable oil (every food today has this, he says this is the main reason we get disease, and coconut oil is rarely used even though it is the best oil)... basically anything with polyunsaturated fat

People can DEFINITELY be lactose intolerant. To break lactose into its monomers (glucose and galactose), an enzyme called Lactase is necessary. Some people's bodies slow production of this enzyme with age. Some people are born with the inability to make it.

Things that are harder to digest spike your blood glucose more slowly. This is a good thing. This is why you need fiber. This is why people who drink four gallons of Mountain Dew a day are fat.

Fat is a VERY necessary nutrient. It makes your cell walls and protects your organs.

How the hell does caffeine inhibit iron? I am familiar with the chemical structure of caffeine and am very aware to the fact that iron carries a +2 charge. This makes no sense.

Most vegetables and grains contain calcium, especially dark, leafy greens.

I DO agree that cigarettes and coffee can be good for you! If you're someone who over eats and caffeine and nicotine are appetite suppressants, maybe it's better you smoke than graze all day.

Dude... people in the world survive off milk from their cow and eggs from their chickens. Some survive off fruit and they're the healthiest without disease. People in America who eat stuff like Mcdonalds get cancer and diabetes and 'THAT' has more than sugar, like the bad oils.

It's true we produce less lactase but I don't get problems drinking milk that is warm... and I DO have "lactose intolerance" but the problem is cold/roomtemp milk is hard to digest, idk if there's people who can't drink ANY milk at all but that sucks b/c look at how much nutrients is in it.

Dude... Mountain Dew is a bad example, it probably has some bad additives but drinking sugar will not make you fat. If all you ate was orange juice and milk, it would be intolerable to only eat liquid but you would have full nutrition and no diabetes or cancer. Sugar isn't bad, it doesn't do anything bad to you, other stuff in it are bad (e.g. if you eat a lot of HERSHEY chocolate, it has SOY LECHTIN which is a poison so you can't eat it in large quantities w/o getting bad health)

Dude... I never said fat wasn't necessary but it does make you fat to eat a lot of it and milk with more than 2% fat tends to be too much fat and not enough nutrients. Remember fat and sugar alone do not provide any nutrition, and being too fat is bad for you.

Ray Peat says so, it binds to it. Iron is bad for grown ups, it is a mineral that helps growing kids/teens but as an adult it is a worthless metal that also dicolors skin (liver spots).

Just because something is nature doesn't mean you should it, senpai. You can't eat snake or hawk, you'll get arrested. You can't eat grass like a cow, your stomach isn't made for grass. You can eat fruits, it is sugary and has seeds so it wants to be consumed, but the seeds may have cyanide because they DON'T want to be eaten but spread to grow new fruit. You can't eat cactus, it will prick you.

This is a pretty normal longevity for that generation. All the slightly younger boomers are going to live into their late 70's, and they didn't do fucking anything right nutritionally. They just have better healthcare.
