Muddle the lime wedges with delicious unrefined sugar, using the grains to smash the lime oil out, another mash of great peppermint. Some very good dark rum. Cold soda. It's rarely made well in most bars, even in Miami, simple syrup and bottled lime, the horror! When when made with respect, and not white rum, the perfect cocktail for all moods. Light and yet potent, refreshing and clean on the palate, touch of fizz, sweet with natural sugar. If you can get a sugarcane swizzle, so you can get the green flavors to munch on, even better.
