Was a green El Yuc bro for a long time until I recently found Sontava XXX. It makes everything tastier and I just love it.

I just rotate yucateco, texas pete, tapatio, valentina. Then occasionally buy a fancier brand I've never tried before

Wanzas my dude. Used to work at this burrito shop and we were only allowed to put 5 drops top in for customers. I loaded the fuck up with it for shift meals though.

No idea but they are all very mild. I'm not into overly hot sauces.

Arizona Gunslinger habanero hot sauce is my favorite go to sauce. Really like it on breakfast burritos and it mixes well to make sauces for chicken, etc.

I started a thread like this before once, because I was on a quest for a ketchup-like consistency extreme hot sauce. What you commonly find in store--meaning "Geordy's XXX Ghost Lime Tincture ($27.00 for a small dropper) is excluded. The major players--the hottest of the hot. A bottle for 6-10 bucks of something pretty hot, with a thick consistency, shouldn't be that insanely hard to find...

Sriracha was my base; way too much garlic but a great consistency. Not enough heat by far. People pointed out various Tabasco sauces...if you like salt-tomato-vinegar-water, then there you go. I still haven't found anything to my liking so I made my own shit:

Ketchup or Ortega hot sauce as a base
can of diced tomatoes if you want a salsa type thing
pureed serrano, jalapeño and cayenne pepper powder
mix to liking; if too hot add more diced tomatoes

Tapatio fulfills all my hot sauce needs.

I just buy whatever I find on my travels. I haven't tasted very many bad hot sauces desu.
