something pretty similar to this. it's basically grated potatoes, cheese and sliced kilbasa on top. consistency is somewhere between a hash brown and potate fritter (soft+crunchy).

she didn't make it too often because it was a "lazy" meal and not very nutritious. I still loved coming home to the smell of that dish. I love you, mom.
