I drink it because I'm kind of a cheap faggot, also I work in a kitchen so I don't get breaks ever so I can "eat" and work at the same time.

Lost about 15 lbs. a month in. I don't feel healthier really though. I lost 60 lbs. in a year before and went back to my starting weight and I felt better at -15 lbs. when I did it the first time.

I fell for the meme but then I realized it's not about really eating better or healthier but just a really convenient way to count calories and regulate vitamin and mineral intake.

I really miss pooping though. More than eating. I had a meal a few days ago and it felt really weird feeling the food go into my stomach.

I hate it but I love it. I am losing weight through dieting and I don't have to go to the gym BUT I could be doing that while eating foods I like in moderation and working out. This really is just about keeping my poor impulse control in check.

End of the day 6.5/10. It's alright and cheap. Mix in vanilla or mocha Mio and it's actually pretty fucking good.

So what is the exact purpose of this?

Is it to lose weight? To replace eating if you just simply cant afford/cant balance a healthy diet? Is it just a "drinkable meal" I chug down 3 times a day?

If all I have to do is drink that gay meme drink and work out for a few months to drop some weight, I'd sign up literally right now. My daily calories are ao random because of work/snacking/money. One day I might eat like 3000, next day might be 1900.

Good thing I live in a country where there are no hormones or antibiotics in milk.

Look at populations where the staple of a diet is pythoestrogens such as Asia. Very small, effeminate and lacking in courage. Yes, genes play role, but these estrogens cause both an immediate and long term effect causing each generation to become weaker and weaker inherently, not because of lifestyle changes. If we did the exsct same work as ancient socieities but used an estrogen filled diet, we wouls look like shit and continue to look shitter as time goes on.

Western countries have had a much longer gap where we were not in contact with many pythoestrogens and that has changed. We are becoming weaker with soy being in almost everything most people eat. We have fallen so quickly that it is almost certain that the blame in on the estrogens in food, plastic, and common chemicals surrounding us.
