Sure thing, yesterday I went to the hotdog restaurant in the train station but it confused me because it didn't have a make it yourself bar, it was just a guy some hotdogs in water, buns and a couple sauces. The movie theater popcorn and nachos restaurant is so much better but they charge you if you want to see a movie which is unheard of for a restaurant.
Worst offender was the zoo restaurant, sure they sell food but it's food for animals

I guess in the most academic sense. I wouldn't consider it a restaurant. Most locations have no servers, no host, and no tables. I remember Pizza Huts that would have servers, hosts, tables, buffets, bars, etc. I don't recall Papa John's having any of those things.
