If you want to observe culture through this particular lens of information propagation theory, every set of information that is communicated is a meme. Any single recipe is per definition a meme, thus any and all pictures and dishes you presented here are memes. What are you even on about? It isn't inherently bad to copy something someone else has invented. Especially not if food is the subject matter, because some things just work well.
