The last of my Easter chocolate. I ate the whole thing, which is no great feat, except that I did it without any proper food in my stomach so I feel a little queasy now.

I made crispy cauliflower bites with a spicy BBQ sauce. Before saucing, they looked exactly like the pic related, minus the herbs.

-Bites-
1 half head of cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
1 cup hand crushed rice chex cereal
3 tbs olive oil
healthy sprinkle of salt on each bite

-Sauce-
3 tbs butter
2 tbs BBQ sauce
1-2 tbs Tapatio hot sauce

For the bites:
Preheat oven to 400°, coat cauliflower in oil completely. cover cauliflower in rice chex crumble, be sure to coat fully and handle carefully. place bites onto sheet of aluminum foil carefully, then salt each bite. cook for 25min or until crunchy. Rotate tray one time during cooking. When finished, be careful not to remove coating and transfer to a plate. Drizzle sauce over each bite. Done.

For the sauce:
Microwave all sauce ingredients for 1min, then stir to combine.
