How do I use vinegar in cooking?
It tastes and smells like shit.

And what kinds are best?

>> No.7501441

Use it in sauces, marinades, glazes and soups.

If you don´t like the taste of Vinegar, why would you want to use it for cooking?

>> No.7501450

Just don't use it, it smells and tastes like shit for a reason. Leave it on the shelf at the supermarket and if you have any at home throw it in the garbage.

try making a vinaigrette for salad. (Vinegar, Olive Oil, Mustard, Herbes, Pepper, Salt)

You may also try different types of vinegar. A vinegar made of Red Wine for example tastes totally different than one made out of apples.
Rasperry-Vinegar is especially tasty.

Drinking vinegar from the bottle and using a dash of vinegar in a Hot and Sour Soup are two different things and OP is retarded to dismiss vinegar out of hand like that.

If you do have something thick, like a a bean soup, a potato soup or a lentil soup, try adding one or two spoons of vinegar to your bowl. It adds just fine to the taste.

Good pizza sauce ingredient. Superior to balsamic for that purpose.

Unrelated, but last couple times I've used vinegar was to do this:

>mom and dad are fucking animals
>they drink out of the jugs all the time
>i buy my own food
>when her milk jug and my milk jug are half empty, she'll mix them to save space
>also does this for any kind of juice, whether or not it came from the same fucking plant

I asked her to stop, she kept telling me it didn't make any sense to have two jugs in there, so I just started spiking the jug with apple cider vinegar every time she did it. Only thing I could do to get her to stop.

Why don't you just invest in a mini fridge rather than wasting milk

My parents are crazy. I'm 19, sophomore in college, live 3 miles away from the campus, and live at home. She refuses to allow me to have one because "U AINT GONNA BE RUNNIN UP MY LIGHT BILL". I pay $350 a month, and offered to bump it to $400, but in her mind, that won't cover it. I'm going to stage a dryer fire when I move out.

Apple cider vinegar and raw unfiltered honey. I've never memed this hard before
