Hey /ck/ let's have a cook along thread.
Tonight I will be making "poulet basquaise." You will need:
- Two chicken breasts cut from a whole chicken WITH bones attached
- Green Pepper
- Red Pepper
- Parsley
- Chicken Stock
- White Wine
- Onion (not pictured)
- Tomatoes (not pictured_

In a skillet (or pot) bring the oil and butter to heat and then brown the chicken on the skin side only - about 2-3 minutes

Maybe add some rice and top with the veggies (are peppers a fruit?) and then use the reduced liquid as a sauce. Garnish with flat leaf parsley. at this point I'm really not that concerned about presentation.
