just had a prime rib with potatoes and gravy, and shitty frozen peas, served with a decent costco chardonnay. i'd give it a comfy 8/10 because prime rib is really best served very thinly sliced and we just sliced big steaks out of it. luckily the cap was fall apart tender, so that was the highlight. everyone else is eating creme brulee as a dessert but im too full to partake.

the irish in me also can't get enough potatoes. didn't snap a pic because im not a faggot

Custard!
If you make a thick custard with gum mastic, slice it into cubes and serve it in a syrup made with rosewater together with pistachios, pomegranate seeds and what-have-you, you get a well documented dessert served in Ottoman palaces and has no place in Turkish cooking anymore called Helatiye. Eat like you rule the known world! And please don't put bananas in it, when you google it there are a lot of recipes that put bananas in it, that makes me sad :(

I don't know how to make the pastry and I can't imagine it to be easy as it is thin enough to be almost transparent (you should be able to read through it). We buy it from old ladies. Middle eastern stores might have packaged versions. It's real nice.

Fatso Kraut here.

I made a couple of "Minute-Steaks" from Beef-Topside.

A "Small" Baked Bri and some simple Schmandgemüse. Yeah Yeah i used Canned peas and carrots but i was lazy and a little bit on the broke side.

As a drink i bought a cheap 80yuroocent "Kirsch Porter" basicly a okayish Dark Beer with a little bit Artifical Cherry flavoring because i felt like a total faggot who craved diabetes today.

Heh, yeah, it's great. I use two slices and two eggs, and I just cook them at the same time; season the first side before flipping both, and after I do so, I put on whatever I want in between to melt/heat. Cheese first, and then meat. Afterwards, I put them together and slice. Also, idk what you do with the hole you cut out, but I flatten the piece, put butter on it, then toast it. You can either have it on the side, or put it back inside the sandwich, like I do.
