Juice them add a squeeze of lemon juice if you want add carbonated water to replace soda for a couple of meals. Add sugar cinnamon butter nutmeg and slowly roast the apples until soft eat with vanilla icecream. Or make apple pie, apple crisps or apple fritters. Possibly a apple marmalade if you know how to can.
