Yea i had somewhat the same problem i made nuggers and ate at 6 pm with a soda. Had leftovers and said i would eat tommorow. Around 10 pm i ate the leftover nuggers with another can of soda to wash it down. I know i used the nuggers as an excuse to drink a soda.

This is why i stopped buying canned soda because i will use every excuse to drink one. But i never learn 40 sodas for 10 dollars was too good of a deal cu/ck/. Im losing control

Not gonna spout "muh thin privilege" at you, but odds are you're a Mr. Skeltal. I've noticed the biggest eaters tend to be rail thin, at least where I live. This kid in my high school history class downed like three 2-liters of soda every day just right there in class. He said it was his lunch. A skeleton friend of mine eats two meals a day, but they're both generally fucking feasts. I've seen him eat like eight tacos and still have room for desert. Meanwhile I've been avoiding most sugary/salty/overly fatty shit and watching my calories for like a year and a half now and even with semi-regular exercise I'm floating around 240 lbs.
What I'm saying is even though being a fat fuck is inexcusable, it's not like they're always eating 30k calories a day. Don't let TLC summarize all fatsos for you.

I've lost about 15 pounds in the last three months. About half of that was apparently the result of quitting taking antihistamines (it turns out that the use antihistamines are associated with weight gain in some people) and about half from being sick for a week and a half.

At the moment, I can't begin to finish a meal I could have easily eaten a month ago. My lunch today was a chicken breast and about two spoons of ice cream. And I'm stuffed.

How do my fellow fatties delude themselves into thinking they have eaten less they they have?

Here are some of my tips

1. I always buy a cheeseburger at McD's then when I buy a big mac/quarter pounder etc I put it on top of the unwrapped cheeseburger wrapper to pretend that is what I am eating
2. I have a sea salt shaker and a bunch of gourmet spices on my eating desk that I look at after every bite so I can pretend I used it on the food and that the food is home made
3. When I order large meal sizes from a fast food place I always say ''I'll have a medarge fries'' and when they give me large pretend I asked for medium using the justification of the sound 'med' so I pretend it isn't my fault
4. I intentionally broke my speedometer so it is stuck on 90mph and I speak really quickly at the drive thru like I am being forced to speed and cant stop to ask for 'medium' fries and have to ask for large as it is less syllables
5. Take screenshots of the McD nutrition calculator and photoshop them
6. I always go to fast food chains and if I see a fat child, I pretend I am his father by smiling at him and therefore it proves my fat is genetic as it passed to him
