I don't go to McD that much, but when I go, it's always a Big Mac. You can't go wrong with that one.
I was actually surprised when I moved from Portugal to the UK, since the Big Mac in the UK is the same size as a special we had in Portugal called Big Big Mac (yeah, Big Mac x2).
