I went down there and they were looking at me kinda crazy at first but I introduced myself and respectfully asked them to cut the noise off by midnight and they were cool with that.

this is a solid technique but you use at least a whole bottle of bbq sauce each time so you quickly learn to make your own for big cook outs. Also superb for grilling at the beach and whatnot, chicken takes forever on the grill unless you do this
