Sashimi is really the highest tier when it comes to sushi. You need a place with GOOD sashimi though.

Pretty much my all time favourite Sashimi. If it wasn't so expensive I'd order plate after plate of these things alone as my entire meal.

I know California Rolls are pleb as fuck but I DO like them.

My favorite sushi is inari. I love that sweet sauce they soak the tofu in.
I don't have a favorite sashimi. I'm always overwhelmed by the choices at restaurants, so I just get a few pieces of nigiri and some seaweed. Always with hot tea.
