Like I said though, olive oil itself isn't really a healthy food, but pasta with olive oil on it is healthier than pasta with butter on it. Olive oil is also associated with the meditteranean, which is known to be a pretty good diet, though most of its benefits come from the fact that it's rich in all kinds of vegetables, beans, fruits, whole grains, and nuts
