Multiple appetizer platters, usually a trio. The best sellers are usually grouped together. Well, and if that's the case, then fried chicken such as wings or tendies, fried onion rings, potato skins, mozz sticks, spinach or similar dip with tortilla chips, and other shit like that.

You'd have to branch out a bit from our appetizer trios to really get a munchie box going, but it's the same fucking thing almost.

America has munchie boxes but not generally as takeaway food in some parts of the country.
They're available at grubpubs, diners and some pizza joints but they're not called munchie boxes. Rather, they're just called 'sampler platters.'
What they have will vary, but where I live in the US right now, the most common items for takeaway samplers are usually sauceless/unmessy fried foods such as chips/fries, onion rings, chicken, prawns/shrimp, fried cheese sticks and the like. Sauces are usually on the side in cups.
For sit-in samplers, the options will vary drastically place to place. It wouldn't be uncommon, for example, to see something like white-bean-and-sage dip with grilled pita/piadina (Greek/Southern Italian food) alongside yakitori sticks (Japanese/panAsian) and fried green tomatoes (soulfood/American southern). One place around me actually does have each of these on their sampler platter along with a few other mismatched offerings.
