what we have here, (coma necesaire) is a failure to comunicate. Op's pic is refered to as "streak of lean" fried, or in greens. mostly fried, with mustard. Twas wrong and wrong headed mid south but kinda easy,,, I would not own a slave because i would not be one.)yhat looks bretty good/ in collards or grits. $3.99/lb from the, oddly enough, halal butcher down the way. He has a little area sectioned from the rest of the store where these two black American guys, an ancient dude with a southern twang and some muscle-y younger-ish one cut, pack and sell the pork.
The bacon is made in house by the old black guy..
