blend it up a bit and add in tahini with some water to soften it up.
when that shit looks nice squeeze you a lemon right in there but dont forget the olive oil.
lemon really does make a difference though.

Base recipe is garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt. From there, you can add roasted garlic, cilantro, parsley, various other herbs and spices, olives, roasted bell peppers, chili peppers, etc.

Take two of these shot glasses then fill them half way with with a 1:1 mix of lemon juice and vodka.
The way to consume is as follows:
Hold one shot glass in each hand.
Slightly bent forward put the shot glasses up against your closed eyeballs.
Still holding the shots against your eyeballs lift your head and tilt back as though you are going to look at the ceiling.
Open eyes.
Return to original position of holding two half full shot glasses without spilling it everywhere.
Pour one shot into the other.
Drink the now full shot.

Sundowner cocktail:
1 1/2 oz brandy
3/4 oz galliano
3/4 oz triple sec

Hummus is even better if you peel the chickpeas, but it's a pain in the ass.

The same concept can be used beyond hummus. Substitute boiled carrots or beets for the chickpeas and you get some other excellent scooping salads in the same vein.

Also the hummus formula makes a badass salad dressing (works on everything from chopped romaine lettuce to fava beans): lemon juice, garlic, salt, tahini.

Another great salad dressed with lemon is this Greek example: romaine lettuce, scallions, chopped dill, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice.

Get a coconut, put it in the lemon and drink them both up.

3 tbsp poppy seeds
Shake in a water bottle for 5 minutes
Filter the seeds and drink the liquid

SINGLE BEST LEMONADE EVER

6 lemons
4lb sugar
2oz citric acid (get in pharmacy)
7 pints boiling water

Zest and juice the lemons. Stir with all the rest of the shit until the sugar dissolves and leave 24h.
Strain and bottle.

Makes a cordial. Dilute to your liking, 1/5 seems to work best for me. You can have it sparkling too with carbonated water.
Give bottles as gifts I swear to god it is amazing.

stone ground or dijon mustard
