What things can I eat to improve my fiber?

I don't know
but drink more water. You don't have to drink less of whatever you drink now, but you should add in some water daily. Not for any like real health issues but for those cleaner poops and wipes.

fruits and vegetables, for one.

I've heard that before but all my life I've eaten apples like crazy. Even a whole bag on some days.

>>6474201
I'll increase my water intake. It can't hurt.

the type of fiber you get from fruits are usually of the soluble type. The other type of fiber is the insoluble type which comes mostly from vegetables. You need both for optimal health.

Having oatmeal for breakfast really helps my fiber intake, a coffee mug-ful of instant oats is like a third of my daily requirements, eat it with milk, honey and cocoa powder. Based breakfast.

Fiber One cereal (that kind with like 13g of fiber) mixed with yogurt. It's actually pretty good.

Cabbage is probably the easiest way to get veggie fiber, either that or green salads with lettuce and spinach

then what makes you think you need to eat more fiber? if you are eating apples that often it sounds like you don't have a fiber issue at all.

eat lentils
OP by buying your pic you're probably eating a lot more salt and sugar than you'd like to be (judging by the fact you're trying to improve your diet)

poop problems mostly and a electric shock like feeling in my neck that I've heard can be the result of a lack of fiber.

I'll try that.

Metamucil.two table spoons in water or juice, daily. and not being a smart ass. make sure you don't have intestinal blocks should be eating more grains and fiber, but if like me. you don't.two days and you will be baling hay. except or but and a big but if intestinal problems; consult a real Dr. Its gonna go somewhere.

OK, but based on your description you are already eating plenty of fiber. Therefore fiber is probably not the problem, and you really ought to be asking a doctor.

Psyllium husk powder is the highest quality fiber around. This is what I take with every meal. Just a small spoonful is more than enough.

The problem with getting fiber from foods is that many cancel out the benefits of the fiber in them. Best to use a near pure fiber powder if you need it.

Isn't there no or next to no regulation on supplements? I keep hearing that researchers who check supplement ingredients often find random other things replacing them.

That's why I was more interested in foods for fiber.

Not processed shit like that, that's for sure. I'll bet some form of sweetener is the second or third ingredient listed and that if you added up all types of sugar in that thing, it would be first.
