Shin brand is pretty common where I'm from, as far as I'm concerned mixing some egg into the broth makes for nice, rich soup.

That's the same brand I buy! How exciting.

To answer your question, I tried putting small cooked chunks of beef in it, as well as some of the beefy juices to replace some of the boiled water.

It tasted beefy. The beef didn't go well with it, being a tough meat, but it was pretty good nonetheless.

Chunks of fatty chicken leg or duck would go better with it, in my opinion. Duck goes with everything.

I add the hot water (not to the top, just slightly less) and then crack an egg, seal the lid back on there, and nuke it for another 20 seconds.

It'll poach the egg and make it delicious. Toss some green onion in too if you want.

You can disolve miso in the broth, it's good

And add toppings like meat, half-boiled eggs, chopped green onion, cabbage, bamboo shoots, black schrooms, etc...

The problem is with ramen cups you're cooking them by steeping the noodles in water.

I can't see adding a Kraft single or egg to that as being anything other than disgusting.>>6403057

Add spring onions and bell peppers.
Fry some chicken breast with chili, soy sauce and ketchup.

>> No.6403345

i usually cut some green onions, broccoli, whip up an egg, cut some salami/turkey whatever deli meat you like and add it to my ramen, but i recommend adding the egg when the ramen is done or else it will overcook, i also add some cheese after but thats your choice.

>> No.6403415

my fave thing to do with shin ramyun was half freeze a cut of beef so i could slice it really thing, then add it and the juices/myoglobin to the noodles while they were cooking
super beefy broth and delicious slivers of beef
shame the shin ramyun in australia seems a lot less spicy and less flavourful than the shin i used to get in south east asia
