just went grocery shopping so now i have fresh veggies. pic is dinner, onions, carrots, and green pepper, ground beef and rice, with some Franks hotsauce and a Bass to drink. also dont mind the look of the counter, its not that dirty, it's just where i make coffee

Had a Spinach salad earlier, just ate some steamed broccoli.

Only 6 more days and I can eat a cheeseburger.

I gained 40 lbs over the winter, and now I'm going /fit/ mode before construction season starts.

Prepared my first real meal in my life.

Rice cooked in chicken broth, chicken, and steamed snow peas in carrots

Also added some meme sauce (Siracha) because I never had it before. Wasn't anything special.

How did I do, /ck/? What are some things I can add to change it up day-to-day? Probably gonna prepare this every night to take to class for lunch.
