I have always preferred dark meat (more turkey for me at Thanksgiving growing up, and no I'm not fat, just was nice to get all the dark meat nobody wanted but me and my dad) so I've never understood why white meat is so prized. Anyone venture a guess? I know its seen as somehow "cleaner" or something or more high-end but that seems ridiculous to me.
