Kebab in the UK is terrible. It is made putting some shitty kebab meat in a pita with lettuce and tomatoes. Then they wrap it around like a fajitas. The sauce is either mango chutney, chilli sauce or weird shit yoghurt.

I miss kebabs from Norway. they were delicious.

Generally they aren't wrapped up, but like in your pic.

Generally they are served with lettuce, onions & red cabbage, sometimes cucumber or tomato too & usually a whole chilli if you want.

Never have I seen mango chutney used as a sauce; Chilli Sauce, Garlic Sauce or Mint/cucumber Yoghurt (Turkish equivelant of tzatziki) are generally the sauce options

You can easily get a kebab like that in the UK, most places near me do it.

The only time it's "wrapped like a fajita" is when it's with naan bread instead of pitta. Which I don't really like myself.

Just because you don't know what and where to order doesn't make the kebabs here bad (though the quality can vary A LOT). In my experience the kebab shops in smaller towns tend to be better, whereas the ones in cities not so much.
