So I ate a particularly large amount of broccoli yesterday and had a few beers. Good thing I don't start my new job until monday, because for approximately the last 24 hours, I have been experiencing some of the most foul flatulence of my life. Words cannot even describe the smell that continues to come out of me, and lingers in the air.

My fucking roommate cooks massive amounts of broccoli and every time he fucking reheats them it smells like shit. I think he drops them down the drown because I've had to clorox it multiple times for smelling like fucking shit. Fuck broccoli and fuck broccoli eaters

Broccoli will do that to you, especially if you add alcohol to the mix

Same thing in beans that makes broccoli that way, raffinose, you build up a tolerance if you eat it regularly enough

Relax, friend. Why don't you try eating vegetables? You might like them, I'm sure your roommate wouldn't mind sharing a head or two.

Yesterday I had White Castle and it's given me some gnarly farts.

I sympathise, cooking broccoli to store and reheat results in nasty smells, sulfur I guess. Why doesn't he just cook what he needs for each meal?

I LOVE broccoli. I'm not even trolling. I really wonder why I love it so much. What micro-nutrient is in there that I might otherwise be lacking which makes it taste so fucking good when I eat it? Once again, I am not trolling, I love broccoli, especially freshly steamed.

Caramelized onions had me the worst.

Caramelized a whole onion into a burger once and the next morning I woke up an my apartment was a gas chamber.

Nothing word about that. In fact the stems are by far my favorite vegetables. I paramilitary then saute them with this Indian seed mix and add some turmeric and salt and have it probably 5 time a week. >>6210729
