I always feel so sick after eating one of these, like I can just feel the diabetes leeching into me. They're just too outrageously sweet.

I only know this brand from the Louis CK sketch.

The best ones I have ever had were based on the recipe in the Bread Baker's Apprentice.

I have served them to other people and have universally had the same response.

The Bread Baker's Apprentice (mentioned above by another anon) is largely regarded as the bible of baked goods. You can't go wrong with that.

Literally just googled "The Bread Baker's Apprentice"...

http://24.213.23.61:8080/The%20Bread%20Baker%27s%20Apprentice%20-%20Peter%20Reinhart.pdf

If you google "The Bread Baker's Apprentice cinnamon" there's a load of recipes adapted from that book.

I use brioche dough to make my cinnamon rolls. I have butter at 50% flour weight. They're soft, moist and a little sweet. A small drizzle of fondant is all you need. You can glaze it too if you're into cinnabon, but that shit is way too sweet for me anymore.

>> No.6179068

The used to make them fresh in store from scratch, but now, they just ship them in frozen and they're simply heated up to serve.
They're horrid now.
