Hi guys, I'm looking for nice ideas to bring to a halloween party, so it should be transportable. And please, more sophisticated than spaghetti sausage bs, or crackers with ketchup. I actually CAN cook.

Crackers with ketchup AND mustard

and mayo

Easiest shit? Cookies, probably, and they're very easy to transport.

Coctail weiners are good, but if you want to really impress, pull out your sausage, get some dough, roll it out and make some sausage pinwheels with a Parmesan sauce or something.

spaghetti crackers?

>> No.5924016

>>5923995 I wouldn't want to pull out my sausage before the party started ;)

forgot to mention, it should be scary looking, and ideally vegetarian. Who's up to the challenge ;)

drinks aren't eats.. but washing out and freezing punch or sherbet into a rubber gloves and then using it as ice in a punch bowl is an old stand by. that's assuming there will be a punch bowl though, and that assumes that this will be "that" sort of party.. which i can't really see 4channers partaking in.

Anon do you want themed food? Or just party food?

food should be themed.

those with a problem keeping their bacon for themselves for this purpose, please feel free not to comment. the party hosts happen to be vegetarians. I'm *not* asking for a michelin star menu but vegan and gluten-free. just no meat please.

Pus pudding with little gummy insects in it would work.

Get tapioca pudding, make it like normal, get some of those plastic jello shot cups, and before you fill them up, put a couple drops of green food coloring and swirl it in, then swirl in a little yellow, and just put them in the little cups and put a gummy insect in there.

carnists suck.

Just ignore them op.

an easy way out is to make cupcakes or cookies and decorate them with spider webs or spiders or whatever.

i wonder if there is a vegetarian version of the pastry wrapped cocktail weenie... it is easy to make that sort of look like a mummy.. maybe you fill with vegan boca burger, or some sort of vegetable instead?

you can always arrange a fruit tray to look like a pumpkin or other halloween icon...
