how much do these things usually cost?

In australia, the only thing really comparable is getting a fish pack from the fish and chips, 6 dim sims, 4 potato cakes, 2 flakes, large chips, onion rings, a salad and battered prawns, usually costs about 20 bucks.

California is vast. It's an almost three hour drive from LA proper to downtown San Diego. There's a good stretch of about an hour where it's nothing but Camp Pendleton, desert lands with easements, and the San Onofre power plant.

I'm 23 years old and fat enough from the occasional junkfood. If I ever let myself eat this shit I'd weight 300 lbs, easy. I hate myself enough as it is so no go, bro.

this, Europe I am appalled. How do you do it, and how often. I'm sure the calories from the beer alone before you eat one of these is astronomical. ex-fat here but even in my fatty days I don't think I would try to finish one of those.

that said they look delicious and I wish I could buy one to bring to a party or football game to share.

Stuff like this can still be enjoyed very occasionally. Go out for a drink and get one of these while stinking drunk. Everyone should once or twice do this.

Moderation in everything, even moderation. If you really feel bad about it go for a gym for an extra hour for the two weeks afterwards or something

I dont find 1 large meal like this occasionally (like once a month) has any significant affect on my health or weight. I may feel bad after but its not like eating something like this would immediately make me fat.

it takes like 11000 calories to make 1 pound of fat, these boxes are probably like 3000 calories.

it would take 4 of these to gain one pound, and that is assuming you do nothing but eat and sleep (so you dont burn any calories)

i think 1 pound of fat = 3000 calories so you'd have to consume 3000 more than you burn in a day to gain one pound. I'm only a broscientist though so lets not get too serious here.

I understand what you are saying though, you don't get fat in a day, its from months of overconsuming/being sedentary. I'm just not sure how often you guys eat these things, I mean even the fat Americans ITT are in awe.

I wanna get tore up and eat one now.
