Do you people set any stock in this website? I've been using it a bunch lately but noticed the conspicuous absence of Watercress and now I've grown skeptical

Yeah I go there sometimes. Not sure what else there is to say. I'm sure some Penn & Teller teen will rage about "grass fed" so then you can have your thread.

Amazing, isn't it? I love how every single whole food has shit in it that apparently fights cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc., when in reality it's the "food" people normally eat that causes all of those things.

at least offhand from what I remember watercress isn't as nutritionally dense as most of those vegetables listed, it's high in vitamin k but some of the others contain more minerals or some of the less common vitamins in higher amounts

i'm still surprised it's not included though

I don't know why grass fed dairy would matter even if you're into the whole grass fed thing

I wish I knew what the Rockefellers ate (the rich General Oil family)

I read up on their family history on Wikipedia and all of them tend to live to 100, either they have magnificent genes for longevity or they're eating the right foods. I want to know their secret.

Or they use their billions of dollars for the best medical care on the planet. If you want to see what more realistically attainable diet and lifestyle trends allow a lifespan of 100+, look towards Okinawa where more people live to be 100 than anywhere else in the world. They live on purple sweet potatoes as the main staple of their diet

>> No.5641753

they have their own farmers who produce foods from 200 years ago, the way the original Rockefellers in the UK ate. also highly likely it's a plant based diet. but yeah, probably the most expensive stuff available and unmodified.. pretty sure they also have some "rare" species of vegetables and especially fruits. as you know, fruits are high in antioxidants and therefore prolong your lifespan if you consume the right ones - pretty sure the elite have those, and we're left with raspberries and blueberries..
