I love simple refried bean, cheese, habenero hot sauce. One of my favorite things.

Also filling them with scrambled eggs, bacon, diced peppers, and cheese is delicious.

low carb is only good when it's temporary meaning less than two weeks. Less than 4 times a years.

You see really immediate results so people love to advocate it because it takes zero will power. But it's destructive to your endocrine system, sex organs, muscles, kidneys, adrenal glands, liver, and in some cases your brain. Bottom line is you're going to lose a lot of lean mass (nonfat tissues) whether you get 150+ grams of protein a day or not.

rice, beans, meat in equal measure generally is what my burritos are made of.

I generally use black beans and japonica rice because I like the taste more. The meat I use is pretty much pork enchilada filling. Just make a crap ton of everything (except rice gotta make that fresh)then store it all in containers in the fridge.

When you want a burrito just make rice, steam a tortilla and assemble. I pretty much lived on burritos for most of college cheap, healthy and practical living.
