I bake bread, have a garden, and brew hotsauce out of my homegrown peppers. I just don't post about it because nobody on this board seems to give a shit. They are too busy asking stupid questions and debating fast foods.

Unfortunately, I have killed everything in my garden except spring onions, citrus trees, and a single gigantic cabbage which is now two years old and which I am scared to touch.

i have a tabletop garden and my tomatoes are overtaking everything in it and also are growing over the edges onto the ground outside of it - it's a complete mess of vines and tomatoes growing everywhere

what do i do?

I'm not up to bread yet, but I sure as hell make my own hotsauce out of my peppers.

I'm always curious to see other people's recipes for that since I'm never sure if my friends ask for sauce because they like it, or because they don't want to hurt my feelings.

I always end up making stuff with whatever I have on hand and never really use a recipe anymore. Mostly because I use all sorts of things in my sauces and I make my sauces so that they can be used for many purposes.

I have a pressure canner so I can omit things like preservatives (vinegar/acidic) and have a wider range of flavors and intensities as a result.
