Desinfect your mouth before and take Arnica-pills before the operation, I got all my wisdom teeth pulled at once and ate potato chips at th same evening, didn't even hurt.

Food:

I already searched it but I wanted to know if you could tell me anything that you knew about it from your point of view. sometimes people can say what a website does not.

I also don't know what to trust. some websites say it can be ingested, and other websites say "NEVER EAT THIS"

so please teach me more. its a passion of mine.

I've never had grits before but apparently the difference is "The primary difference between the US and the Southern African dishes is that in the US the maize (or corn) used is a yellow kernel maize, whereas in South Africa maize is especially grown for human consumption with white kernels, allowing the whole kernel to be used for the maize meal." Mieliepap being South African.

Arnica is a herb that contains an agent that is said to reduce swellings and bruises. Of couse many belive Homeopathy is pure placeboo but my dental surgeon prescribed it to me without explaining to me what it does and compared to my sister and cousins who went to a different surgeon who didnt precribed it, my cheeks almost didnt swell at all. I am not sure however if it is easy to come by in America, it is way less aknowledged in the states then it is over here in Germany. Your call I guess.

"cream of" soups can be made if you blend them with cooked oats. Or just use soy milk/nut milk/oat milk. Oat is the creamiest.

When I got my wisdom tooth pulled I ate rice porridge for a few days, it was really nice. Use arborio rice to get a nice mouthfeel, and (vegetarian) milk for a creamy delight. Sprinkle with sugar, margarine and cinnamon~
