When it comes to ingredients, are there any brands you stick with?

Pic half-related. I prefer King Arthur's bread flour over ConAgra and General Mills.

I love Morton kosher salt just because store brand switches grain size all the time

and despite the hate i'm gonna get for this, you can't beat a name brand kraft single.

I like Great River Milling for bread flour and most grains in general

Palouse Brand for lentils, chickpeas, and split peas

Lotus Foods for rice
