I also live here, you can get cheese curds at central market. Also Trader joes have a Poutine freezer thing, the sauce sucks but after you defrost the cheese its still squeaky.

Though I still love the fact that my aunt lives in B.C. and sends me the sauce packets yearly.

I love Poutine, but since I don't like curds as they taste like mozzarella, which I don't like. Cheddar is better. But yeah, thicker gravy.
