Five guys is expensive because they give you so many fries that they are easily split between 2 people. You're also an idiot if you don't load up on as many of the toppings as you like since they are all free.

I usually go with a Little Bacon burger + fried onions, lettuce, tomato and extra A1 + cajun fries if Im with someone. If not I get the full size burger with the same toppings

Expect to pay ~$15.

Once when I was really fucking drunk I went in and ordered a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger with DOUBLE Bacon and DOUBLE cheese with some mayo, onions and mushrooms and jalapenos... it was expensive as fuck, but I got 2 meals out of it and it was pretty god tier... but skip the fries as they taste dry and bland to me - at the end of the day, it's fast food, and not as good as say FUDRUCKERS, but it's still not bad to try

You can make a burger yourself that tastes better at less than half the cost.

Their sandwiches are really good, too. IDK why it took me so long to try one, but a couple months ago, I had just gotten over a case of stomach flu, and thought a burger would be too heavy on my stomach, so I tried their Chicken Club sandwich. It was awesome. I loved it. Then, a couple weeks later, I tried their Grilled Albacore sandwich. Fuck yes, it was delicious. I hear their pastrami sandwich is really good too, but I haven't tried it. It's hard to steer away from the burgers.
I usually order online and go pick it up, because it's easy to customize your order on line, since I like to add stuff to my burgers and sandwiches.

It is delicious. Remember you can get extra toppings, tons of them. Extra cheese, extra bacon, sauteed mushrooms, onion, green pepper, extra bacon, more mushrooms, jalap, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, more cheese, etc etc.

Do it up right so they van barely wrap it. Its expensive, but for an occasional beastly burger I go and love it.

They are spreading across Canada too. Of course I live in cities so we've had them for a while
