Tomatoes are disgusting, as is anything made from tomatoes. Ketchup is shit. It's too sweet to put on any meat. I don't want a sweet tasting sauce on my hamburger or hot dog. Mustard master race forever. Tomato juice is shit, but for the opposite reason. It's too salty to add to any drink. A bloody mary is a fucking abomination. Putting tomato juice in vodka is like taking a shit directly into Hayden Panettiere's mouth and then kissing her. I would totally do it but I'd have to already be drunk enough to not taste or remember anything. And tomatoes themselves are shit. This watery, nasty weird thing with seeds all in it and shit, why do I want that? Get that shit off of my sandwich. I don't even like pasta with tomato sauce, just give me butter, cheese, alfredo, pesto, whatever. Not tomatoes. They don't do anything except destroy. Yes, obviously pizzas usually have tomato sauce on them. It gets drowned out by the other ingredients. And the best pizzas I've had have had sauces other than tomato sauce. Tomatoes are shit.

Like some people, I do not like raw tomatoes but love cooked tomatoes and tomato products.

I made a Greek salad yesterday and each bite of a tomato was like choking down medicine. I had to balance the texture with cucumber.

nah highly sweetened mustards are pre-american i think.

mustard itself contains natural sugars and becomes perceptibly sweeter the more you process the seeds with heat or vinegar, which is why french's doesn't seem to declare any added sugar but tastes rather sweet.

but yeah i mean, here in the uk we add sugar to our mustard fairly commonly. we make a more pungent product though.

Got that off your chest now? good. I hate garlic. it's in every fing thing. not allergic, but it makes me fart (open a window), makes my guts hurt, and I sweat it out.Not my imagination. I sweat it out. rank.I can eat some cooked onions, onion rings, mild (think early spring or chives) even pearl onions in soups or stews. never mind. But excessive raw garlic or,maybe worse, ramps? no thanks (it's everywhere, it's everywhere). I quit trying to encourage or condemn peoples food choices, long ago. (Quinky sauce, anyone?) Could be "real" or "pysco" but it's "real" to them. Like people, maybe you, that can't tolerate "matters" and order a "white" pie. S'okay. calm down. common as rocks anyway. Join the club. I can eat 'most anything if i can catch it( difficult the older you get) I live in the Atlantic South US.By nature I am supposed to like sweet tea (no shit, actually makes me nauseated), fried okra, cornbread, most pizza or pasta sauces if not too sweet, i can force down. dry red wine is ok, whites give me a thundering headache.I guess the point is I always take any notice or mention of alergies very seriously.I am o+, common as rocks the product of generations of who knows what or where. If someone is truly allergic, you can kill them quick. Anaphylactic shock.. Lot of differences. And peoples sensitivity change.Used to, I could eat a plate of fried chicken liver. Now, if I eat more than one, cant walk the next day. Some "allergies" are bs or preferences, some are not. If preparing or serving it, at home, gatherings or restaurants, it is incumbent on you.even in todays over litigious society. just 'cause I
can eat most anything doesn't mean my brother, sister, or 2nd thrice removed can. (yeah I know, not supposed to end a sentence with a watchamacallit).Too wordy. Care for others like they are your own. even if you suspect some is utter b.s. ya never know.

I'm with you on this, dill seems to ruin pretty much every food it's used in. I can live with a little amount of it, like with a sprig or two in steamed potatoes or little bit of it chopped on top of salmon carpaccio, but any more than that and the food becomes a real chore to it.

Absolutely no problems with cilantro though.
