how can I heat up milk for my chai latte without getting all this skin crap on the top?

>> No.5155194

You have to do it slowly and stir constantly.

Curious about the story behind the photo.

Use? Just eat it! My sister and me would always fight for it when my mom warmed up milk.

Nope. My sister and me is still correct. You wouldn't say "I and my sister, would you?"

That wasn't me, I know I was wrong. Also that's a weird reasoning, syntax changes when you flip the subjects.

It actually is 'My sister and I". The rule was, that if you took out the other person (my sister) and still read the sentence (I would always fight for it), and it made sense, it meant it was correct.

Before I got a small espresso machine with a milk steamer I used to use a simple process to get hot, foamed milk for my drinks without the "skin" issue.

Put as much milk as you'll need in a microwave safe container; make sure it's big enough to be able to get a whisk in. Microwave on high for about 30 seconds, then whisk the hell out of it for a few seconds, and return to the microwave for another 30. Repeat until it's reached the desired temperature. Whisk it one last time, and let it rest for a minute or so before adding it to your drink.

Keep an eye on it while it heats, if it starts to bubble and foam out of control take it out and whisk it before further heating.

Nah man. Everybody who has an actual sister knows there's nothing hot about it. She annoyed the fuck out of me through her teenage years... now that shes 22 we're getting along fine though.

Idk bro, when my sister turned 15 I wanted to pound the shit out of that sometimes. Then I would remember that she's my sister

That's just because it sounds weird. You can only use "and me" or "me and" if you would have used "me" for you alone, and you can only use "and I" if you would have used "I" for you alone.
