I actually prepared this some days ago so I can assure you it works 100% and has a perfect taste and texture

get a mug, and add the following:
4 level tablespoonfuls of sugar
4 level tablespoonfuls of flour
4 level tablespoonfuls of milk
2-5 level tablespoonful of cocoa (less if pure, more if nesquick (5) or any other instant cocoa, which are mostly sugar)
1,5 level tablespoonful of oil (I used olive but you can use any other, sunflower one should add less oil taste but even with olive was unnoticeable, I guess you could use butter too)
1 egg
1/3 TEAspoon of yeast
(optional) a bit of vanilla extract, or substitute 1 sugar level tablespoonful for a vanilla flavour sugar level tablespoonful

move like mad until its perfectly mixed, using any electrical device is recommended, a wire balloon whisk is the best tool as it lets air get into the mix which is gud
(optional) put the mixed thing into another mug with butter on it's sides so it's easier to extract later

put the mug 3-4 minutes in the microwave with a plate under it, just in case it spills

roll the mug and put the cocoa sponge cake on the plate (optional: add almonds, nuts, chocolate syrup, sugar, cream on top of it etc)

enjoy, also made a pic so it's even easier to understand

Actually, I have a semi-related question. Being a swede, I don't really know what proper brownies are like even though I've made brownies myself a few times. How are they supposed to be on the inside? The picture looks like they are a little bit sticky on the inside, is that what they are supposed to be like? Sticky, runny, almost dry?

>>5146819
If anything, this is more like chocolate cake than brownies. If you do this, then do it in small portions or else the bottom won't cook.

>> No.5149140

>>5148955
Brownies are usually kind of moist and chewy on the inside. If you add chocolate chips though, those will melt and get kind of runny like in OPs pic.

Anything "bakes" in the microwave tastes absolutely horrible.
