I need some ideas for weight loss foods. Generally I'm looking for foods that to have a good fat:protein:carb ratio and be filling. I like baking so maybe something that includes a little bit of bread ...if possible ;_;

eat as much meat/fish/chicken as possible and similar things high in protein

there's other things that are acceptable, but this should cover all the cases you need

OP, look into whole grain bread recipes, but be aware they are heavy and calorie dense, so portion accordingly. Pair with a protein and veggies and you're good to go. Oatmeal is a favorite of mine, and you can bulk it up with nuts and seeds. I also know my sister has adapted a banana bread recipe as a great dessert, by really cutting down on the sugar, subbing the butter, and using whole grains and now she's looking into making more vegetable breads. So, don't be afraid. Just be aware. Whole grains can be a good part of your diet.

OP, eat whatever fits your macros. General rules are 0.8g of protein per lb of body weight and 0.42 g of fat. Once you've hit these you can fill the rest with more protein+fat or CHOs if you wish, it makes no difference

I wouldn't say that just because it's not sustainable. You'll definitely lose a lot of weight quickly if you just overall limit your calories, but it's not good for long-term weight loss. With legumes for meals and fruit for snacks, I've never seen anyone not lose weight and keep it off as long as they ate those foods

are you looking for a diet to lose weight fast or over a long period of time.
either way once the weight is lost you will need to modify your diet again so you can maintain your weight. different rules apply to the people who can eat 10,000 every day and not gain weight due to cardio

Diets don't work and most health food advice is bullshit.

Just avoid sugary snacks and beverages, and eat more properly prepared veggies. Don't worry about fat unless you tend to eat double bacon cheesefists w/ extra big-ass fries every lunch.
