Alright, /ck/. You know the drill. You suggest a dish and I'll cook it.

If you can manage to make a cream sauce, I'd say do that tossed in the spagehtti with sliced grilled pork over top. you can rehydrate the shrooms and put them into the sauce as well.

Shame you don't have any veg

So how do you suggest I make cream sauce with milk and sliced cheese? No sarcasm intended. I'd like to know.

Oh and I don't want to toss the pork into the microwave to unfreeze it. I usually just leave frozen stuff outside over night. What ideas are you having in mind?

Do you have any butter?
>melt butter in a pan
>sift in a little bit of flour to make a roux
>add some salt
>continue stirring for a few until the flour has left the building
>slowly add in milk, stirring all the time
>continue cooking until smooth, thick, and season to taste
At this point it would be good to add in some of those re-hydrated mushrooms (cut them to your liking). Always taste and adjust seasonings.

Didn't know the pork was frozen. You can defrost it quicker by putting it in a bowl and running it under cool water for a while, adjusting it every so often

I actually looked up several recipes for cheese sauce and such. I don't have any butter or flour.

I'm actually going to skip on the pork since it's 5:45AM where I am and I'm starving.

I added a pork sausage, two slice of cheddar cheese and some questionable Asian seasoning flour to the spaghetti ramen. As for the shrooms, I added a tablespoon of salt before rehydrating with water.

I'm going to drain them and soak them in a fresh batch of hot water since I heard the brown water is what make these shrooms bitter.
