They're equatable. I overconsume both and can safely say that objectively, neither is better. Both of them can be god awful or god tier

Does tea have the same amount of caffeine? Because if so I could make the switch.

I get a caffeine buzz from drinking lots of iced tea, but I have low tolerance to caffeine because I don't drink coffee or caffeinated soda.

No. Tea is a lot more variable than coffee, but the presence of l-theanine also changes exactly how the caffeine affects you.

I love tea. So much. I enjoy the occasional cup of coffee, but tea is always preferable. Coffee for me is usually drank as a social thing, like after going out, or at a social function or something. And I can't stand coffee any way except black, but tea I don't mind dressing up with cream or lemon depending on what time of day it is. In the morning, though, I like my tea hot, strong and unsweetened, much like my salty self. (And by "salty" I don't mean the new urban slang, but the old common slang meaning "sharp, piquant, witty, coarse or earthy").
