I made a batch of leamon squares but they came out all runny and under-done. Next batch should I turn up the oven or leave them in longer?
Picture unrelated.

If I wanted advise from England and Australia on how to bake I would just eat my own shit instead to save time.

Never made 'em but I have made a few good lemon meringue pies, the curd should be pretty much set before baking, and the heat just firms it up.
Helps to post your recipes so we can give more detailed advice.

Kinda hard to provide good avice when you provided very little information. What recipe did you use? How long did you bake them for? At what temp? Are you sure about that temp (checked with a thermometer) or are you trusting what the oven says? When you took the squares out of the oven, was the outside browned at all? These details matter, OP.

Short answer: leave them in longer, but may change depending on precisely what you did.

I figured this was a common knoledge sort of thing. The recipe calls for 25min at 300f. I've already put the next batch in, I turned up the temp just a tad and set the timer for 35 minutes.

I'm trying to help you, but you aren't asnwering my questions. I asked you five questions in >>4978964. You answered two of them. How am I supposed to help you if you are unwilling to provide the information needed to help? Do you want me to choose suggestions at random? That would waste both your time and mine.
