Fuck fruit. Bananas give you tarantulas, grapes give you black widows, and wild raspberries are basically spider eggs already.

Fuck fruit, man.

If it happens to crawl into your house and bites you well.

Your fucked. Since its not indigenous most small hospitals wont have the anti venom. Black Widow bites can kill in 2-3hrs so Good Luck God Bless

funny how these neurotic americans will eat genetically mutated food swimming in carcenogenic additives and hormones banned in most of the world.
But a spider crawls across their grapes and they flip the fuck out.

Not indigenous? I thought they were pretty common all across the US. On the west coast they're everywhere. With as much people travel every hospital should carry at least one bottle of every anti venom. That goes for snakes too.

>> No.4973659

I'm always finding them in the empty unused rooms and closets of my house and I know for a fact the water heater closet's full of them. I've been bitten before, on the calf; it hurt like a bitch for a week because the venom causes the muscles to tense so hard it feels like they might snap but I got some opiates out of it.

>Your fucked. Since its not indigenous most small hospitals wont have the anti venom.

>>4973613
i know you're trying to be funny but of the 4 members of the genus Latrodectus commonly called "black widows" 3 of them are native to North America and their venom is all similar enough for one antivenin to work. The reason it's not usually stocked in hospitals, even larger ones, is because of a domestic production shortage, it's expensive as fuck, highly perishable, and most bites aren't life-threatening enough to require it.

I found one in my work glove one time. The skin on my hands was soft due to being in watery conditions that day and it actually crawled across the back of my hand. I did nothing to disturb it and just watched it until it finally reached my clothing where I could get it off. Had I done anything, while it was on my skin, it would have been easily able to pierce my skin.

There's lots of black widow spiders around here. Finding them in my grapes would be a bonus though, because I normally keep them as pets.

>>4973603
That is an amazing idea. I've never seen a black widow in alcohol before. That'll be for my next batch of wine I bottle.

Found one in our grapes a few months ago (restaurant). Thought it was an isolated incident. Didn't report it.
