to store it i just make a couple balls of dough, oil them up, put them in a tupperware, place plastic wrap over the top and put it in the fridge.

then set it out to warm up on its own for a while before stretching it out

i flatten it out a little bit at a time every 10 min or so so the warmth penetrates quicker

OP your pizzas got me so hungry I had to go and make an omelette at 3 in the morning. I'm not a big fan of onion and olives; not that I won't eat it, I just wouldn't ask for it. Some pizzas you made are real 10/10. Being Greek, let me tell you that this how we like our pizza, with PILES of stuff on it.

I didn't like your sandwiches very much, I'd give them between 3 and 6 out of ten.

Having said that, I see you went for corn on pizza. Try this sometime ( now ) :
>get milk cream, thicken it up as you prefer (eggs, flour, boiling it a bit) and mix it with garlic
>use that as base instead of tomato sauce
>cover it with mozzarella cheese
>apply mushrooms, ham and delicious corn
>sprinkle (lots of) parmesan cheese to get that spicy salty thing going on
>sprinkle a bit of dry basil on top

I like your pizzas, even if some are uninspired. The dough also looks like it needs a bit of bench proofing, and I don't think it's quite wet enough. The way to handle it is to dip the ball in flour, and apply more generously.

I wouldn't call it creme caramel, since the sugar is too lightly cooked. Burnt the sugar my first time and took it easy this time.

Most dreadful baking I've ever done. Slightly harder than anything I've tried so far.

Made my own kimchi, turned out pretty good.

Red velvet cake for a birthday! Surprisingly easy to bake a cake. Guess "piece of cake" really makes sense after all.

Frozen strawberry granita...again...bad presentation.

Mmmm duck fat...Didn't take a picture of the duck fat fried potatoes because they looked like normal potatoes.
