french scrambled eggs are pretty good because its less overcooked and has more butter than regular scrambled eggs and also the egg granules are broken up a lot smoother since you're stirring it constantly over a double boiler. If you cook it by sous vide and then blend it, you'll have an even smoother slightly chunky egg custard scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are also a great treat for getting rid of any extra yolks quickly.

I lived with a signifigant other that didn't like cheese, peppers, onions, mushrooms, most vegetables really, and any seafood that wasn't shrimp. I HATED cooking for that cunt. I suck at buying food in the first place, it made it much worse when I was the only one eating most of it and it would all go bad in the fridge.

I once made a shrimp pasta thing from scratch with fresh ingredients. Wasn't cheap, and it took me all day. It came out fucking fantastic. She picked at it for half an hour. Then when I was in the bathroom she dumped her plate in the trash.

Yeah, I went out with a girl a couple of times, figured out really quick she had the taste of a 6 year old. Only ate chicken strips at most restaurants, or fett alfredo. Loved fast food, Mountain Dew, etc. I ended it quickly.
I couldn't imagine, no matter what positive qualities she does have, having a relationship with a woman who ate like that. As a chef, I just wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
And I did figure out that she was resigned in her ways. It would have been fun to teach an open-minded person how to eat, but after three meals together, it was quite apparent that she had no intention of ever sampling such oddities as beef cooked less than well, pasta primavera, fish and chips, or a tossed spinach salad.
